iService - Finance cum Stock Controller

Controller role is for a Venture Funded and Profitable startup and based out of Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Revenue Recognition.

- Working knowledge of inventory process, procurement process and stock audits.

- Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements along with schedules as per GAAP

- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure monthly and quarterly statutory compliances

- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy

- Direct and manage month-end and year-end close process.

- Timely and smooth completion Statutory and Tax Audits

- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Managing and mentoring the accounting team.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant or CMA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and working knowledge of P2P and Inventory process is must.

- Strong analytic, organizational, Communication and interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge in QuickBooks - added advantage
