JOB DESCRIPTION:

Product Manager- Fraud Management role involves balancing the need for digitalization and an exceptional customer experience with the imperative of security in combating fraud. You will translate the requests of various departments into tangible improvements for our customers, demonstrating a passion for reliable solutions. In a fast-paced environment, you will take the initiative, think critically, and engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Create product roadmaps to identify emerging fraud trends, develop, and improve fraud strategies.

- Lead and recommend process/logic change to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.

- Focus on the development of tactical and strategic solutions with high visibility for key stakeholders.

- Periodic review and development of MIS reports, dashboards, and communication of fraud results internally and to the business using advanced visualization techniques.

- Integrations with vendors and designing new fraud detection methods and tools Monitoring the data from the platform and payment systems to build a robust fraud detection and prevention system

- Work with various stakeholders during strategy development and conversion efforts to identify and fulfil data/analytical needs; develop a comprehensive transition plan.

- Provide actionable insights to the stakeholders by leveraging data analytics.

- Responsible for innovative feature conceptualization, designing wireframes/prototypes and documenting PRDs to enhance product usability.

Desired Qualifications/knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Statistics, Economics or Mathematics). MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Should have at least 5+ years of experience as a product manager in Fraud Risk Monitoring and Management solution (FRM) in banking and payment industries.

- Demonstrated experience in product management, developing product roadmaps delivering fraud prevention strategies from end to end with strong knowledge of relevant fraud typologies.

- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, with experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product features.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the fintech industry is required.

- The successful candidate will have demonstrable analytic, problem-solving, and leadership skills, and has the ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong knowledge and experience in payments and AI-based FRM system in the financial domain.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse (senior) stakeholders
