About the role:

We are looking to add a senior associate in our team for a role that encompasses helping to realize our growth objectives. This highly visible position requires exceptional drive and energy, strong financial and analytical skills, hands-on experience in market research, highly effective verbal and written communications skills and familiarity with financial modelling.

Job Description:

This role would be reporting to Head of Investor relations, and entails:

- Support the fund-raising activities, investor meetings and board reviews

- Assist in preparing impactful business case, information memorandums, teasers and other transaction-related materials for internal and external stakeholders

- Build financial models, forecasts, and conduct valuation analysis through a thorough understanding of the industry and company financial statements

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to gather information and insights and assist in communicating the company's performance, strategy, and growth prospects to the investment community

- Track Fintech infra and Banktech sector on continuous basis and publish periodic updates, articles and presentations

- Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights and gain deeper grasp of market trend by continuously monitoring data, relevant news, demand -supply trends, price movement and trade dynamics

- Independently run quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision making on strategic criteria

The Successful Applicant

- MBA or a CA with 2-3 years of experience in corporate development/investor relations

- Strong knowledge of corporate finance fundamentals

- Experience in Fintech/Technology business preferred but not mandatory

- An eye for detail and consistency in quality of work deliverables

- High execution orientation, able to handle multiple projects and priorities and work in an ambiguous environment.

- Excellent story boarding, presentation and communication skills
