Roles and Responsibilities: - The incumbent must have experience in conceptualizing and implementing digital lending product - Liaising with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and credit bureaus etc and managing the business relationship - Responsible for the new initiatives, strategic alliances & partnerships pertaining to lending vertical - Conceptualizing & designing personal loan to Micro SME lending products for merchants by: classifying merchants in various segments, understanding their working capital needs and structuring customized products - Ability to lead a team Desired Candidate Profile: - Handling entire SME portfolio spread across the country through a team of RMs and Credit Analysts - Servicing existing client and acquiring fresh cases through various internal and external channels - Maintain and enhance quality of portfolio through onboarding good credit and ensure hygiene of existing book - Penetration in existing locations and developing new locations to bring out larger target market - Regular training, motivation and guidance of the team to ensure skill development of team and bring efficiency and effectiveness in assigned tasks Experience: - PG with 8-10 years of extensive knowledge of the lending business, loan documents and terminology, bank regulatory requirements, and credit risk management - Experience in the Fintech industry is a great plus, comfort with technology an digital platforms will be an added advantage - Should be a very good communicator, highly sales oriented, adept at people management and comfortable with numbers - Should be able to drive channel lead generation and joint marketing programs Perks and Benefits: - This role can be based in our office, but we're open to distributed working (with ad hoc meetings in our office) - We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team
