Country Manager   PrivyPlex is a new and well-funded startup developing unique digital solutions for fans around the world.  We work with top celebrities and develop for them engaging products that set a new way for fans to communicate and engage with them.   Headquartered in Singapore, the company operates also from Dubai and Gurgaon.   Position : Country Manager  Location : Gurgaon, India  The company is hiring an experienced and strategically minded business professional with exceptional managerial and communication skills to lead the business in India.   We are looking for a nimble manager to be responsible for expanding the business and managing the relationships with our entire ecosystem of partners including our Celebrity partners, agencies, suppliers. As the senior point of contact, the Country Manager co-ordinates the resources needed to service projects in a timely and cost effective manner, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of partners with the execution and delivery of the project.  The idea candidate will be the ultimate representative of the company in country and will act as a general manager.  Responsibilities :  - Taking a lead in managing Celebrity partners relations  - Serve as the key account management lead to provide the highest level of business satisfaction and account development.  - Leading a team to provide the utmost level of product delivery service  - Liaising with clients and partners at a senior level on a day-to-day basis  - Promoting the expansion of business with existing partners  - Be a mentor and inspiration to the team  Qualifications :  - 10+ years experience in general management, account management and sales  - Experience in the mobile, internet, media industry  - Experience dealing with Senior leadership   - Exceptional communication skills and business acumen  Competitive salary including bonus and equity.
