Job Description :
Designation : Marketing Manager (B2B/B2C)
Location : Mumbai (Currently Remote)
Reporting to : Head Marketing & Alliances
Principal Accountabilities :- Assist business-to-business (B2B)/ business-to-customer (B2C) marketing team develop appropriate communication to reach the target audience.
- Drive B2B/B2C marketing activities, in collaboration with the business development team.
- Organize events and exhibitions at industry events (both US and international).
- Regularly review collateral so that it is kept up-to-date and relevant for the audience.
Work Dimension :- Work with the development team and paid marketing team to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with professional bodies and partner organizations to create a database of new potential clients.
- Work with corp comm. and social media management team to develop social media content for B2B/B2C audiences.
- Work with clients, BD team, content team to develop case studies (written and video).
- Create and put into practice a plan for measuring B2B/B2C marketing activities through the CRM system.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process and use analytical skills.
- Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth.

- An understanding of agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projects and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time.
- Ability to remotely create and manage marketing strategies
Role requirements :- Bachelors or MBA degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B/B2C role.
- Excellent understanding of B2B / B2C marketing.
