What should you have?

1. A strong interest in a research career.

2. A strong interest in finance.

3. Outstanding academic records in BA/BSc/BTech and Master’s levels from IITs, IIMs, ISIs, and DSE

4. Excellent analytical and computing skills.

5. Proficiency in languages like C++ and in packages such as SAS, STATA, Matlab is preferred.

6. Knowledge of econometrics is desirable

7. 1-3 years of corporate experience is preferred
