Munjal Institute for Global Manufacturing (Munjal Institute, MIGM) is one of the reputed RCI's (Research Centers and Institutes) of ISB. Munjal Institute's vision is to be the premier academic institution for operational excellence and innovation in the manufacturing ecosystem in India and beyond. The institute has institutional collaboration with MIT Sloan for activities in the manufacturing domain.

Munjal Institute is interested in hiring Research Associates based out of the Mohali Campus of ISB.

Position Details:

- MIGM is looking for candidates with excellent communication skills (oral and written)

- Analytical Capabilities (modeling + statistical analysis) are a must with a Master's level degree

- Must have interest in Operations Management/ Operations Research/ Skilling/ Women empowerment as an area, with an intention to go for higher studies (PhD)

- They will be primarily required to assist the faculty associated with the Centre in the development of case studies and research work - data collection, developing research database, data cleaning, research report preparation.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS : 

- A Postgraduate degree

- Economics/ Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science from Institutions like Delhi School of Economics, Indian Statistical Institute, TISS

- M Tech from Institutions like IIT, NIT, BITS

- MBA/ PGDBM from premier institutions like IIMs, MDI Gurgaon

- Consistently high CGPA, evidence of academic excellence

- Excellent analytical and computing skills

- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Proficiency in the use of software packages such as SPSS, SAS and languages such as R, STATA, and MATLAB will be preferred.

- The candidate must have high standards regarding quality of work, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and absolute commitment to task completion.
