Job Purpose : - To define, document &amp; monitor processes for the Engineering Services and Sustainability initiatives at the ISB. To effectively guide and lead the team to ensure high quality&amp; reliable availability of engineering services such as Electro-Mechanical, Workspace &amp; Infrastructure Maintenance to all members of the ISB Community in a timely, cost-effective, and sustainable manner. - Incumbent should have experience in handling similar buildings like Institutional, residential buildings. Good communication skills. Ability to handle services related works in New Projects, New projects in existing buildings as well as routine maintenance of services. - Efficient in team building and working in collaboration with teammates and other departments. Should be conversant with various parameters affecting performance of services in buildings, likely bottlenecks and mitigate potential problems. - Ensure professional interactions with vendors and ability to extract works from these vendors. Identify ideal inventory to be maintained and ensure availability of the same for emergency usage. Hands on knowledge of sustainability measures and implementation methods. Knowledge / Education: - BE / BTech (Mechanical) Specific Skills: - Engineering Services - Mechanical, Electrical and Civil Key Responsibilities : - Build Team capability - Design Evaluation - Preventative maintenance &amp; Major break downs &amp; ensure recoveries - Vendor Management - Develop source utilization - Reducing wastages and improving efficiencies of resources - Sustainability - Certification &amp; Quality Projects&nbsp; - Candidate should have exposure to new projects and maintenance of establishments similar to buildings and associated services infrastructure for Institutional, Educational and residential buildings.
