Job Purpose: To strengthen the reputation of the brand ISB among its stakeholders by planning and executing high impact marketing communications campaigns that meet the strategic objectives of various functions (programs, centres, relationships) of the School. Job Outline: - The incumbent as Associate Director will be responsible for strengthening the ISB Brand and ensuring that all communications are in-line with the ISB Brand. - S/He will be responsible to plan and design communication strategies and campaigns across channels in consultation with various internal departments to meet their business objectives. - Incumbent has to plan and execute the online strategies - ISB website, Social Media campaigns (Facebook/LinkedIn, Twitter, etc). - Has to manage online display advertising, identify platforms for display marketing and running campaigns - Has to manage/ supervise analytics gathering/monitor competition Role KPIs: 1. Planning and executing product marketing communication strategies: Engage with the various internal departments to develop communication strategies and campaigns that meet their business objectives 2. Online Strategy and Implementation - Plan and execute the school's online strategy - website and web 2.0/ social media 3. Develop channels for reach, circulation, revenues 4. To develop the capability of the team towards greater quality consciousness and customer responsiveness 5. Solicit feedback and satisfaction level of internal customers 6. Establish robust systems for data archival 7. Establish a mechanism for brand-related metrics and monitoring Qualification: - MBA or equivalent in Marketing from a premier institution/ Master's pertaining to Arts, Mass Communications, Advertising, or Marketing/PGD in Digital media/marketing preferred Technical: - Marketing Communications/Advertising with rich exposure to various media including traditional and new media; experience in conceptualising marketing communications campaigns; preferably with experience in building brands in the services/ knowledge sector - Knowledge of all digital, online and design tools and exposure to latest industry trends - Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) Behavioral: - Analytical and persuasive - Good team player - Pleasing personality - Ability to mentor/manager/inspire a team - Innovative - Accountability and Ownership - Result-oriented - Displays good interpersonal skills
