Role and Responsibilities:
- End to end management of acceleration programs in the healthcare domain - including cohort selection, program execution and donor management
- Driving the performance of the accelerator through implementing quality management processes
- Developing and managing an Expert pool of ISB Faculty, mentors, speakers and advisors
- Provide/facilitate targeted one-on-one support to ventures in areas such as business model, client acquisition, overall strategy, financing, fundraising, market research, operations, contract negotiations, etc.
- Designing and execution of the programs for supporting ventures to scale including workshop planning, network connects, mentorship and other interventions
- Working closely with other teams to design and execute programs for supporting the ventures; especially on curriculum development and execution
Skills and Experiences:
- Master's Degree in relevant domain with 3-6 years of relevant experience
- Prior work in an incubator/accelerator would be an added advantage
- Entrepreneurial drive and experience
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, build, and maintain strong working relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Strong leadership and project management skills (goal-setting, organization, and implementation)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Strengths -
