Technical Manager - Pre sales and solutioning :
- SPOC for all Proposal within ES. (Maintain plan for response to all proposals etc )
- Understanding Prospect/Client Problem statement
- Converting Problem statement to high level solution.
- Domain Agnostic (Enterprise as whole, non BFSI)
- Understanding of UX designing (Definitely a plus) (represent visualization and work flow to prospects)
- Good networking skills to collate the information from all internal stakeholders.
- Maintain knowledge base of quick turnaround time for RFP response
- Travel frequency - twice in a quarter
- Sound knowledge of SDLC methodology including Agile
- Estimating model knowledge, Costing and margin analysis
