Job Description :
Role : Senior Manager/Manager- Finance (FP&A)
- Responsible for performing financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas, such as monthly P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, monthly Sales Reporting, expense analysis, time-activity analysis and KPI reporting.
- Responsible for Company-wide budgeting and forecasting.
- Assistance in creating service pricing models and pricing decisions support.
- Project level financial reporting
- Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.
- Routine communication with Supervisors relating to financial close, issues and deliverables.
- Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations.
- Complete and submit Business level and entity level Consolidation.
- Responsible for the preparation and analysis of the periodic management reporting of financial results for assigned functional areas.
- Prepare foreign currency transactions analysis and its impact on financial results.
- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
- Cross train as back-ups for other staff in the case of emergencies.
Requirements :
- 8-10 years related experience
- Good people skills.
- Independent thinker.
- Experience of managing a team. Experience in managing a small team is OK.
- Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
- Excellent Excel/VB skills.Database i.e. Access, SQL skills are a plus.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls.
- Strong research and analysis skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.

- Willingness to travel to US office for training/other discussions
Other qualification : CA/CWA/MBA/Masters/Bachelors in Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline
