We are currently seeking an HR Manager to help us achieve our growth plans. He/She will report to the CHRO and would be responsible for talent management areas function at the India development centre. The areas of responsibility are:

Plan, define and manage HR functions and processes like -

- employee orientation,

- performance management,

- employee motivation, talent engagement, talent management & retention, compensation,

- reward & recognition

- HR policies and processes

- Stakeholder management

- Employee meetings and connects

- Develop an organizational image and perception of IRIS as a preferred employer

- Align employee values with organizational values

- Provide mechanisms to maintain good employee culture at all times.

- Ensure compliance with all HR related statutory requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

- At least 12 years of HR experience in a software services organization.

- Should preferably have a Masters degree in HR / MBA in HR from a reputed institute.

- High level of integrity and stability.

- Self-driven, innovative and motivated to achieve success.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong cultural fit on Iris values

- Extremely strong stakeholder management skills

- Good team player and collaborator

- Strong persuasive and influencing skills
