IRIS Software is looking to onboard a communication and branding professional to design &amp; execute an effective Internal Communication and Employer Branding strategy and all related actions / interventions. The high level responsibilities of this role will include the following: Internal Communication:- - Anchor all the internal communications in the organization - provide structure, design content and bring in a formalized / structured approach to internal communication @ IRIS - Create communication channels / initiatives which will help in nurturing an open, transparent and vibrant organization culture. Employer Branding:- - Understand the talent ecosystem and articulate the employer branding strategy - Identify channels of external communication, create &amp; deploy a structured branding plan / initiatives on each identified channel Desired Qualifications and Experience:- - Masters in Communication with minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in creating and executing communication and branding interventions in IT services organizations - Extrovert, excellent communication (critical onus on written), high eye for detail and creativity quotient, ability to connect to people &amp; build strong professional relationships across the breadth of the organization - Knowledge of tech apps required for basic design (ex: Adobe Photoshop etc- ) is good to have - Should be able to work with multiple stakeholders - Should be well aware of industry best practices and well connected with industry peers - Should be able to use multiple channels (internally and social media) to execute initiatives in these areas. - Should be able to articulate measurable methods to gauge effectiveness of communication and branding initiatives Swati Jain <a href="www.irissoftware.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">www.irissoftware.com</a> Plot No. 25, Sector 142, Noida 201 30, UP, INDIA A CMMi ML5, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Company
