- Managing Training function (Training Need Identification, Training Need Analysis, Training Calendar, Training Catalogue) and aligning the training with career development - Familiar with the entire cycle of L&D: requirement analysis, solutioning, evaluation, vendor management, ROI analysis - First-hand familiarity with modern tools: LMS, LXP, Content creation - Understanding of various training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs - Developing training programs on management & leadership skills - Develop and implement an Org Training Plan catering to the organization strategic training needs & Skills and competencies required for different roles in the org - Planning and organizing trainings externally and internally to improve external and internal client service levels - Ability to strategically partner with Department head, ADM level and identify learning interventions - Knows L&D requirements in IT company - technologies, processes, lingo (Agile, Data science, machine learning, Java, .NET, Hadoop etc.) - Solid grasp on data - Planning & ensuring smooth conduct of Induction activity - Reporting Status to the Management periodically and being the auditee for the Organizational Training & Induction function - Identifying automation opportunities and e-learning programs/CBTs - Running campaigns to drive Awareness/Improvements on Communication, Soft Skills, Code of Conduct. - Ensure readiness for audit & participation in Audits - Complete, Accurate & timely status report - Review and Track Status of open Actionables - Prepare Dashboards for various Operations activities - Vendor Management including invoicing - SOP/ Process writing, as required - Any other process/ task allocated as required - Participate in Knowledge Sessions within or outside the Team - Lead a small team and should have independently managed Trainings
