Responsibilities

1. The primary job of the project manager would be to ensure timely delivery of the project/product. Manage client expectations, creating MIS reports, manage project risk, make project presentations to both internal and external stakeholders.

2. Have a good hang on Java/MS Stack and be able to validate designs

3. Work with partners and vendors to deliver the complete solution.

4. Participate in the discussions of the technical solution, in connection with the Customer, Business Analyst, and solution architecture. Need to make sure the team is implementing the same agreed design

5. Work with internal department heads to get the required resources (human, financial, and material). Work with HR to hire team members required

6. Assist the business analyst, customer, and technical team in the respective phases of projects

7. Oversee the maintenance activities and participate in the training of users

Profile- required

- 10-12 years of experience of which at least 3 years should be in Project Management.

1. Define, lead and coordinate the work of the project management teams in accordance with the cost and deadline requirements of the project

2. Ensure the quality of the IT developments and the solution delivered in compliance with internal standards in force and associated performance

3. Knowledge of regulatory compliance framework or standards like XBRL/SDMX will have the advantage

4. Should be open to travel for a short duration of time (3-4 weeks at one time)

5. Should have good communication skills.
