About Profile:

- This role is part of the Delivery organization and will be responsible for products/features developed/enhanced by the company.

- The responsibility includes identifying the customer needs and also meeting the larger business objectives of the product/feature. The person needs to direct the stakeholders and development team to turn the vision into reality.

Work Location: Remote working and travel to our Vashi office as needed.

Job Description:

Product discovery:

- Identify the requirements of various stakeholders like sales, marketing, customer services, tech, senior management, etc.

- Conceptualise the requirement for the company

Product Planning:

- Identify the effort needed for the development

- Identify product viability

- Identify project/feature success criteria

- Prioritise the product

Product Development:

- Create wireframes for each functionality identified in the discovery phase

- Detailed planning alongside the development team

- Identify and plan for resources

- Track the product alongside the project/tech managers

- Control product scope and timelines

- Active involvement of stakeholders in interim feature demos

Product Launch:

- Branding and marketing plans along with the marketing team

- Training materials along with the training team and development team

- Launch plan - internal & external.

Skills and Competencies: MBA or equivalent degree holders from top 10 management schools, with knowledge of project management.

Must have:

- Good understanding of the business application

- Good communication with respective stakeholders

- Problem-solving skills

- Understanding of Agile development methodologies

- Assist in the development of software technical documentation

- Demonstrates software to the stakeholders

- Aware of Object-Oriented Programming and design.

- Aware of XML/JSON/CSV documents.

- Aware of web service (REST Full)/APIs and web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery

Good to have:

- Knowledge of software development life cycle

- Experience in Agile development

- Experience in product management in any technology product company

- Design and build prototype applications using standard tools like Figma.
