CTO - IRIS Business Services LTD - A Hands-on person who could mentor and guide the development team to ensure quality of Code. - Should have technological insights to understand the newer developments around the globe and in the space IRIS is operating in and lead adoption within the organisation. - Responsible for the growth of the complete technology team include hiring, training and mentoring. - Should work along with the delivery manager and manage executions against project plans and meet delivery commitments. - Should have good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification, documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and code reviews. - Interact with users / product specialists / Project Managers / Product Owners to understand system requirements and guide the project leads, application architects as required. - Should be able to work in an Agile Development Environment using SCRUM methodology. - Should have good communication skills to convey findings to the rest of the team, stakeholders, clients and peers - even the non-tech savvy ones. - IRIS works on a variety of technology stacks. Java, .Net. We expect the CTO to have experience on both with specialisation in at least one of them. - Should have good knowledge of SQL using any RDBMS like Postgresql. - Should have excellent knowledge of Enterprise application integration using Web services, MSMQs, APIs etc. - Should have good knowledge of Web server deployments and server configurations. - Should have good understanding about Microservices architecture. - Should have working knowledge of designing, orchestrating, and deploying using Cloud Services. - Should have experience creating Serverless architecture using AWS Cloud Services like SQS, SNS, LAMBDA, KINESIS, FIREHOSE, IAM, S3, ROUTE53, ALB, API GATEWAY - Should have ability to lead and oversee developers through the product design, planning, development, implementation, and product/system test. - Should have good understanding of Certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or CMM - Good knowledge of software development life cycle. - Good analytical skills and can work on problems of critical scope. - Sound judgment and ability to build and suggest software solutions where the problem is not well-defined. - Work independently and Self Driven - Excellent Communication Skills in English as a primary language (Written and Verbal) - Should be a Good team player and motivator. - Should have good leadership qualities - RegTech/FinTech industry experience - AWS/Azure Cloud Experience - TOGAF Certification (or equivalent) would be preferred
