IRDAI Compliance Role - Financial Services

To ensure timely dissemination of regulatory guidelines prescribed by IRDAI, RBI, SEBI etc to the concerned stakeholders

- To ensure timely and adequate implementation of the regulatory guidelines. Ensure that the existing policies/ processes manual are revised / amended in line with the guidelines

- To ensure that various periodic returns/ data /information etc is submitted to the regulatory authorities within the prescribed timelines

- To provide advisory / guidance to the third party distribution team on various issues / queries raised by them

- To ensure efficient conduct of onsite inspection of third party distribution business conducted by IRDAI/ SEBI/ RBI etc including timely submission of data / information to the regulator which includes the following:

- Collating and reviewing the information to be submitted to Inspection team

- Ensuring timely submission of the information requested by the Inspection team

- Effective Co-ordination with internal stakeholders and inspection team

- Ensures timely submission of adhoc information request received from IRDAI/ other regulator after review of the information.

- Collate and review of response to the audit reports issued by IRDAI / other regulators and ensure timely submission of the responses

- Ensuring timely closure of open audit points and submission of update to Audit Committee of the Board and Regulator.

- Assist in Compliance Review of third party distribution business
