Iraj Evolution Design - Project Management & Control Role

Requirement:-

- An experienced PMC to plan and supervise a wide range of FF&E projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

- Candidate must be well-versed with furniture and its detailing/construction to be able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

- An analytical mind and great organizational skills are a must.

- Diligent and prompt to ensure excellent client communication.

- Leadership skills to manage a team and handle cross departmental coordination.

- The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements.

Job Description: -

Responsibilities include

- Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.

- Prepare briefs and basis that prepare quotation in coordination with the costing team.

- Negotiate contracts, payment terms with clients to reach profitable agreements.

- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations in coordination with production and design team.

- Plan all production operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met. This to be done via Gantt chart (prepared by PMC) which is approved by both the internal team and the client.

- Finalizing finishes, specs and drawings with client; followed by getting the Mock up made and having it approved over zoom or physically.

- Coordination with the logistics department for CBM, air shipment and overall logistics cost per project.

Once a project is approved

- Planning and monitoring project wise stocks to timely handle inadequacies (in coordination with the procurement team).

- Regular visits to the floor for quality checks.

- Evaluate project progress and ensure weekly reporting to client and management.

- Pre-emptive approach in case of delays is a must.
