Job Description : Senior Consultant Strategy

Responsibilities :

- Work with Leadership team to define & execute on short & long-term strategy for the practice

- Work with individual Engagement Managers to achieve goals, improve top line and bottom line, and explore Organic and Inorganic growth opportunities

- To develop key success factors, outline for vision and strategic action plan of the business and to evaluate businesses framework of practice along with leadership group

- Planning and Program management of new verticals and categories Integrate project management practices throughout the company, monitor business performance, identify & mitigate risks

- Formulate growth strategy options for the businesses by analysis global trends tracking competitor's business models and their future

- Work with Leadership group to identify new business opportunities and evaluate the strategic fit into the existing business portfolio and new areas also

Job Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree

- 5 years of experience in similar area as an individual contributor

- Hands on working of high volume and complex datasets, contacts and market sizing and carrying out meaningful inferences

- Extensive knowledge of the function & department processes

- Has broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry

- Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals

- Knowledge of consulting methods, tools and techniques, related to functional area
