Responsibilities :
- Leverage sales data analytics to support pharma clients and other stakeholders in decision-making
- Extract and cleanse data from SFE systems/CRM databases to deliver brand performance/KPI reports along with actionable insights
- Lead and deliver client projects related to incentive plan design and administration, performance management, segmentation and targeting, and territory alignment
- Work on sales call design, call plan adjudication, and sales force sizing projects to provide qualified inputs for sales force effectiveness
- Synthesize and communicate results to stakeholders through verbal and written presentations;
- Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects;
- Create project deliverables and implement solutions;
- Guide and mentor Associates on teams.

- Good analytical skills, SFE experience, including Incentive Compensation, Segmentation, Targeting, territory alignment, Sales Force Sizing, Resource Optimization, Response Modeling, Call Planning.
- Problem-solving and team skills
Must Have :
- MS Office - Advanced MS Excel, MS PPT, and VBA
Experience In :
- Good analytical skills, SFE experience, including Incentive Compensation, Segmentation, Targeting, territory alignment, Sales Force Sizing, Resource Optimization, Response Modeling, Call Planning.
- Problem-solving and team skills
- 3+ years of experience of in-house pharma commercial Analytics/Operations organizations or Professional services firms catering to pharma/healthcare sales organizations
- 2+ years of hands on experience in SFE practice area, preferably in pharma/Medical Devices/healthcare industry
- Good understanding of IMS data assets preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work independently and efficiently in managing the assigned projects
- Coordinate with team members in performing quality checks for the delivery of projects with tight turnaround times
- Self-motivated towards achieving individual goals as part of organisational goal
- Capability to work in individual capacity as well as in a team
