Position Title: Consultant / Associate Manager
- The suitable candidate would be a good communicator, possessing analytical capabilities and strong domain knowledge
- Should have consistently worked in across project-specific teams in a methodical fashion in an - on-demand- business-research environment for between 3-4 years.
- There should be ample business and scientific research related exposure, preferably with a good understanding of the Healthcare space
- He/ She should complement it with proven report writing and project execution skills.
- Facilitate data enabled decision making for internal and external customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics.
- Provide support in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, support team lead in all business-related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories
Responsibilities
- Periodic reports based on KPIs e.g. MS, growth, units, value, YTD, SOV, contribution etc.
- Ad-hoc sales & market analysis report
- Eligibility criteria: Call coverage, call trend, coaching days, vacancy rate, productive frequency
Customer satisfaction surveys etc-
- Target setting validation
- Target vs. achievement calculation
- Incentive and payout calculation
- Should be able to work seamlessly with the internal stakeholders and client to deliver projects using best practices and well-defined methodology
- Awareness of market landscape, current developments, leading products and players
- Active participation in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality of deliverables across the function
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function
- Configure data and calculation processes, design and implement reports
- Process client's data and reports, implement and process verification procedures
- Fulfill client requests for information
- Work with solution to identify and assist in the development of customer-specific rules to automate the process of variable compensation for sales force members and related positions
- Assist in feature development and enhancement for Incential Software products
- Validate bug fixes
- Test validated software application in a new client environment through the execution of test scripts for the mainstream application
- Perform ad hoc work requested by client or necessary maintenance
- Provide recommendations for process improvements where appropriate
- Be proficient with the core Application
- Learn new applications and functionalities as they are made mainstream
- Adhere to project plan (i.e. meet milestone content and deadline)
- Provide leadership and training to junior level Analysts

Education:
- BTech / MBA with Graduate in Science /Pharmacy / Life Sciences (MBA/BSc.)
Soft skills:
- Advanced MS-office skills (MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint)
- VB - knowledge and able to write macros and codes
- Basic SQL
- Experience in any Pharmaceutical commercial operations solution is an added advantage
Experience:
- Experience (6+ years) in dashboard, KPIs
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach
- Should be customer service oriented
- Field force experience (desirable)
- Demonstrated professional behavior and interaction across peer group and co-worker
- Strong team player who is dynamic and result oriented
