Job Description:
The Analytics Associate Consultant/Consultant will be responsible for making objective customer-focused and data-driven decisions by providing analytical insight, actionable data, and recommendations. You would also be responsible for projects, providing analytics support, and serving in a consultative capacity to deliver value-added descriptive analytics solutions for large scale pharma projects
What your day would look like:
- Brainstorming with onshore team and end clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions for complex client specifications
- Designing methodology and solutions for key business asks
- Advanced analysis using large volume of sales and patient level datasets
- Working on advanced analytics in the pharma domain throughout the drug life cycle, including sales and marketing analytics
- Use of excel, PowerPoint, SAS or SQL, and visualization tools to represent actionable insights
- Integration of technical knowledge with business goals and strategy to achieve insights for end clients
- Act as an advocate for client needs, putting yourself in their shoes to ideate on ways to enhance business value for the client

What we- re looking for:
Total experience:
- 2 -4 years
- 5-10 years (team management experience is a plus)
Note : PHARMA domain experience is mandatory
- Experience working in analytics projects in the pharma domain deriving actionable insights and implementing them
- Experience in patient data, IQVIA (ex-IMS Health) data sets, pharma consulting, advanced pharma analytics, forecasting, SFE, IC, MCM, and/or performance reporting
- Should have an intermediate to strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Experience in any of the following - SAS/SQL/Python/R/Excel-VBA/Tableau/QlikView/Alteryx
- Creative and business focused approach, with experience in thinking through the lens of end client objectives
- Ability to come up with data methodologies that efficiently manipulates huge data sets (multi-million record complex relational databases)
- Proven ability to effectively and appropriately present meaningful summary displays of large amounts of multi-dimensional data
- Articulate communicator handling challenging situations with structured thinking and solution minded focus. Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervision
- Proactive in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid potential issues downstream
- Exposure to project management principles - breaking up approach into smaller tasks and planning for the same across resources (Consultant)
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Successful experience working in a global environment an advantage
