We're 350+ people strong worldwide, with hubs in Jersey City, Bangalore, Toronto, Chicago, Singapore, Mexico City, and London.

iQuanti is setting up a Consulting & Growth division, that will focus on driving revenue growth for the company, by creating & driving large deal themes, set up and execute partnerships with leading marketing technology platforms, drive thinking and offerings around CMO advisory to unlock revenue growth for iQuanti. The remit of the Consulting & Growth division will be Global, spanning across North America, EMEA and APAC. The team will be primarily housed in iQuanti offices in Toronto, Canada and Bangalore, India.

Job Description:

Core responsibilities:

- Manage existing client iQuanti accounts & programs in APAC region

- Responsible for achievement of digital marketing objectives of our clients

- Oversee overall quality of work being delivered in APAC

- Drive strategy and bring understanding of the client business to bear on key deliverables and outcomes on the engagement

- Demonstrate subject matter understanding of digital marketing, engage in strategic discussions around Search Engine Marketing, Social, SEO and other channels

- Lead the iQuanti team on QBRs, Monthly reviews and connects with clients

- Ability to guide digital marketing teams on program execution, conduct and review marketing performance analysis and articulate/ present complex concepts to business audiences

- Accountable for overall CSAT and achievement of business goals of the program

Revenue growth

- Achieve the revenue plan for the region

- Grow the revenue, secure renewals and support all new business development opportunities in assigned accounts

- Establish relationships at senior levels in marketing organizations of our clients and map key stakeholders in accounts

- Establish iQuanti on the preferred list of marketing services providers in these accounts, win business and deliver expansion of revenue

- Lead deal pursuits, nurture and progress deals to closure, lead commercial & contracting negotiations

Key skills required:

- Strong network of relationships across large advertisers in Singapore, India and other key APAC markets.

- Strong executive presence and ability to position iQuanti as a leading digital marketing services player in the region

- Understanding and proficiency articulating, unpacking and improving the customer digital acquisition journey and digital marketing. Strategic problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

- Well-rounded understanding of digital marketing and depth across SEO, Paid Media, Digital Analytics, etc.

- Hands on working style, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, dealing with competing priorities, and bringing structure to ambiguity. Ability to collaborate with teams across time-zones.

- 15 years of experience in leading digital marketing business. Proven track record of achieving revenue plans.

- Prior experience of leading digital marketing programs for clients in Ecommerce, Banks, Financial Services and Internet space.

- Working knowledge of key digital business practice areas, and familiarity with Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, User Experience and more. Some specialization in SEO or SEM a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work with global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures and commensurate time zones

- Impeccable organization skills, exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form

- Autonomous, multi-tasking work style
