Director - Engagements - Digital Marketing

- Through a data science-led approach to client problem-solving, we've created a differentiated suite of product-driven service offerings that we deploy to clients, including a search-predictive efficacy platform called ALPS. We're 200+ people strong worldwide, with hubs in Jersey City, Bangalore, Dallas, Chicago, Mexico City, and London.

Core Focus :

- Provide leadership to a large portfolio of revenue and clients. Directly overseeing a set of Engagement Managers, with overall responsibility for client success, achievement of client goals, delivery effectiveness and people development.

- iQuantis engagements team is comprised of marketing professionals from a variety of backgrounds who drive growth and retention in our current client portfolio, largely consolidated within the Fortune 500 companies.

Core responsibilities :

- This role is responsible for success of a portfolio of projects and delivering on the goals of client satisfaction, strategic value and project management across the organization.

- The person will play the role of a chief problem solver/strategist across multiple projects.

- The individual will partner with iQuanti global teams and clients conceptualizing, planning and implementing online/digital marketing strategies, understanding business priorities and aligning recommended solutions to client requirements for facilitating execution.

- Solve business problems in digital marketing (lead generation/sales/acquisition/branding, etc.) by collaborating with solution teams to build the final set of recommendations

- He/she will drive cross functional teams made up of digital marketing solutions (SEO, paid search, display, channel attribution, etc.), marketing technology and digital analytics teams to achieve client goals.

- People management responsibility for 6+ managerial resources and overall span of ~50 people organization

- He/she will help iQuanti client servicing and solution delivery teams in planning, monitoring and reporting, risk management, and change management, etc.

- On-time, on-budget and quality delivery of the project

- Digital marketing advisor and coach to Engagement Managers on all aspects of digital channel execution (SEO, Paid, Analytics) and effective program management techniques

Key skills required :

- Strong executive presence and an ability to consult with clients/ prospects on digital marketing solutions and showcase firm capabilities

- Understanding and proficiency articulating, unpacking and improving the customer digital acquisition journey

- Strong story- telling skills, with a proven record of engaging with C level stakeholders, conducting executive presentations etc.

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, deal with competing priorities, and bring structure to ambiguity. Ability to collaborate with teams across time-zones.

- At least 12 + years of post- MBA experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles, a mix is preferred

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing is preferred

- Working knowledge of key digital business practice areas, and familiarity with Search Engine Marketing, Social Media, User Experience and more. Some specialization in SEO or SEM a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to align and work with global teams comprised of multiple cities, cultures and commensurate time zones

- Impeccable organization skills, exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal form

- Autonomous, multi-tasking work style

Great-to-haves :

- MBA from a Top Tier/ Premier Institute

- Proficiency (past or present) in performance marketing channels and tools

- PPC (Bing, AdWords, Kenshoo, Marin)

- SEO (SEMrush, Moz)

- Display (Programmatic, Retargeting, DSP, DMP)

- Social (Facebook Advertising)

- Analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
