- Proven ability to follow up with customers.
Job Description:
- Receive RFQs obtain an estimate; create a quote; send the quote; follow up on orders.
- Make ESPL DRG and define CTQs.
- Keep all information updated on CRM.
- Contact existing customers for orders for developed parts.
- Contact existing customers for new parts for development.
- Track all dispatches up to customer delivery in a staged calendar.
- Improve the cost of logistics per kg by getting quotes from other vendors.
- Improve delivery lead time by getting quotes from other vendors.
- Track invoices raised and paid as per the credit period.
- Resolve issues related to debit and credit notes to match customer ledgers.
- Ensure that all technical data is received from the customer and assist in the design of the complete RFQ specification sheet.
- Track the sample development process and resolve any data requirements (DRG, process, or QA related) Ensure the delivery of samples to customers.
- Follow up and get the part approved.
- Follow up for sales orders and release orders to production.
- Track customer complaints for quality and late delivery. Close customer complaints.
- Get customer satisfaction surveys conducted every year.
- Arrange customer visits and entertain them.
