IQR Engagement Manager is a master of all trades and a highly driven professional with extensive experience in Analytics. He /She plays a Senior Leadership and Management role with intensive exposure to business of Credit Cards, Risk Management, Credit Scoring, Econometrics of Financial Markets, Financial Analytics, Time Series Analysis, Predictive Modeling.

As an Engagement Manager, the individual is responsible for managing large teams, interacting with clients and the onsite team to understand clients- business problems and provide strategic and operational data based insights to the business.

The individual should be able to effectively drive cross functional technical trainings, strategy sessions, and proactive engagements with internal/external stakeholders.

The individual has to be cutting edge in providing the required analytical expertise to the internal risk, acquisitions and collections teams. There has to be extensive experience in leading high impact projects through strong strategies, a subject matter expert. The individual has to have experience in collaborating closely with the Senior Management internally and on client side to devise technological strategies impacting the business.

The role requires a Dynamic Leader envisioning and embarking upon the development of the organization and its key resources. The person should be a juggler of multiple Project modules, Teams and ensure delivery is smooth and error free.

The Engagement Manager is required to keenly participate in the Sales/Presales process, do cross sells, provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to business problems. It is extremely important to have managed large working groups, led acquisitions and account management initiatives to obtain new clients.

The individual is expected to have effectively handled site reviews of the team and partnering effectively with stakeholders. Build teams both analytically, functionally and behaviorally.

A strong hold on superior Mathematical Modeling, Statistical Analysis and Optimization techniques along with high level of technical expertise in programming languages like SAS & SQL is essential. Must have worked on the complete life cycle of Credit Card Policy, especially Risk, Acquisition and Fraud.

- Ability to handle effective delivery of business by interfacing with clients with a degree of sensitivity.

- Analytics and Business Development with a focus on Timely Delivery.

- Must be the front ender for all Stake Holders (Internal teams, Higher Management, Clients)

- Project Management & Smooth Client delivery.

- Develop the Team members and empower them.

- Cross sell.

Education and Experience :

- 10+ years of experience working in analytics with 5 years of experience in Financial Services and 5+ years in lead roles.

- Master's degree required + Undergrad degree in a quantitative area is helpful (ex. Engineering, Commerce, Stats, Math, etc.)

- Extensive client facing experience with knowledge on Statistical Modelling and familiarity with SQL.

- Specialization in Risk & Marketing Analytics.

- Should have led service delivery of analytics products.

- Experience handling multiple projects, large teams and big clients.

- Must have exhibited People/Team management skills in previous roles.

- Experience having shouldered multiple highly skilled analytical & Modeling teams across credit card portfolios.
