iQ Digital Systems - Manager - Business Development

- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

- Sales Professionals working in the field for 7 to 10 years, who are willing to join bringing with them a few of their Customer Relations, would be preferred. Successful track record in B2B sales of IT Services in global market, with excellent verbal and written communication / presentation skills, is a must.

- Prior background / experience in IT solution design / development / delivery would be desired.

Key role / responsibilities of this position would cover :

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Work with Solution Team in proposing / evaluating scope of Deliverables, and closing Deals for further execution

- Managing Relationships with our Customers globally to help expanding / continuing with the engagement in long run

- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

- Prepare Sales Contracts / Agreements / Proposals ensuring adherence to relevant compliances and guidelines
