IPO Specialist - BFS/FMCG/IT

- Initiate and execute the entire process for IPO for the company

- Lead and manage the due-diligence and documentation process pre/during/post IPO process

- Liasoning with SEBI, other regulators as required, stock exchanges, broking houses, Law firms, Mutual funds etc.

- Understanding the SEBI and other required guidelines for the IPO

- Setup business MIS and Analysis monitoring process well in advance even before IPO

- Leading, Strategizing & executing the all initiatives for the IPO Launch

- Ensure the Quarterly compliance post IPO with adherence to compliance requirements

- Publishing financial results, upload records on company website and share details with trade team & investor to be effectively communicated to markets.
