IPL Biologicals - Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :

1) Head of project for construction of the plant

2) Timely delivery of Project

3) Team leader to lead the site team

4) MSP (manage control of work) experience in contract management which is coordination with subcontractors, pre-planning of work, scheduling, claims analysis, tracking, bidding, design development, cost management,

5) Design management & coordination at site

6) Current knowledge and understanding of the technologies, workflows and interfaces that support systems and facilities.

7) Verify alignment and selection of initiatives to achieve objectives and consider the priority and sequencing of project resourcing.

8) Implement adequate quality-checking processes across the projects.

9) Monitor financial approvals and adherence to corporate policies.

10) Accountable for performance monitoring of the projects.

11) Coordination for generation of various enquiries (Basic Engineering, Detailed

12) Engineering, Environmental Clearance etc.) for obtaining budgetary cost offers,

13) Evaluation of offers, Preparation of draft contract/agreement documents with

14) Licensors, Engineering services etc.

15) Finalization of Project design basis, Ensure technical correctness & accuracy of

16) PFDs, Process Descriptions, P&IDs, Equipment specifications, interlock descriptions, operating manual, Freezing of specifications of various disciplines etc.

17) Monitor Project progress, Providing project progress information reports to senior

18) management/corporate office,

19) Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning and successful performance guarantee test run of plant, Documentation.
