Position Required: Area Sales Manager For Haryana / Punjab

Required Candidate profile:

1. Position will be based out in Haryana / Punjab / Andhra Pradesh / Maharashtra

2. Experience: 5 to 10 years

3. Team Size Handling Experience: 5 to 10 people.

Qualification Required :

1. Minimum qualification is bachelor's degree / MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred.

2. Proficient in MS Excel, MS word & PowerPoint.

3. Proficiency in English and regional language of the state

Experience & Skills Required :

1. This position requires working exposure in Haryana/ Punjab / Andhra Pradesh / Maharashtra

2. Must have exposure of handling agriculture equipment/machinery / Pesticides sales in India.

3. People skills - Should have ability to build trust within a large & diverse environment.

5. Should be open to travel

9. Experience of Managing CRMs & Reporting Tool

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Achieving the sales target as per Business plan of the organization

2. Managing Team through CRM

3. Onboarding and Driving Dealers

4. Ensuring Lead Generation and end to end tracking

5. Liasoning and Relationship Building with Banks and Govt departments

6. Ensuring BTL Marketing activities on field

7. Customer Feedback and competition mapping
