- Handling General Corporate and Commercial Advisory matters such as advising on company incorporation strategies, structuring and restructuring of corporations, advising on foreign investment strategies and mechanisms, conducting detailed legal due diligence for companies;

- Expertise in drafting, review and negotiation of diverse range of commercial agreements such as License Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Share Holder Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements,Distribution Agreements, Sale Purchase Agreements, Manufacturing and Supply Agreements, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Trust Deeds, Memorandum of Understandings,Employment Agreements, Surety Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Sponsorship Agreements, Settlement Agreements, Lease Deeds etc.

- Drafting, reviewing and opining on financial lending, acquisition finance, project and other structured finance transactions;

- Advising on real estate disputes while representing real estate developers and brokers, purchasers of real estate units in off plan property purchases in compliance with local laws
