Salary offered: 10 - 25 LPA

Ideal Experience:

- Strong Business analysis skills

- Ability to study current process, identify changes required

- Ability to plan systemic changes and work with IT for implementation

Responsibilities:

- Visualize, experiment and document Standard Operating Processes

- Work with TM Change Management team & delivery leadership to run them through proposed SOPs

- Finalise SOPs, implement these manually before automation

Qualification:

- Btech., MBA with excellent Change management experience
