ION Energy - Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building SaaS products. You will work closely with the leadership team to formulate, validate and execute the Product Roadmap

What you will do:

- Help ION Energy's SaaS Platform business find a Product Market Fit

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Build and manage the engineering bandwidth by acting as primary scrum master for weekly sprints

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes and prototypes

- Drive product launches including working with the marketing teams

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services

This is you:

- 4+ Yrs of past experience in helping SaaS companies find Product Market Fit

- Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Past experience of acting as scrum master using Jira, Confluence ++

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get one's hands dirty to get the job done

- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization

- Immaculate clarity of thought, high cognitive and compassionate empathy

- Background in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

- Experience with Business Analytics, Data Science, ML or AI Products
