As a BDE at ION Energy you will be responsible for identifying and establishing contact with potential customers for battery management and intelligence systems. You will drive the prospected through the sales funnel and be fully responsible for lead conversion. You will also be required to travel around the world visiting &amp; exhibiting our platform at leading trade shows. What you will do: - You will initiate and lead the sales conversation as SPOC for new inbound leads/prospective customers - Work independently as part of salesforce to achieve team &amp; individual business goals - Grow revenue &amp; gain market share in the BMS &amp; Analytics business - Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned customers &amp; account management matters - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 Battery Suppliers - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives - Coordinate customer service and technical support teams to support customers - Provide regular sales forecast &amp; reports This is you: - BSc or Masters in Engineering (Electronics preferred) - Knowledge of Automotive Electronics, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Battery Management Systems (Preferred) - 5+ years of enterprise sales OR sales experience with Automotive component supplier - Proven track record of meeting and exceed revenue targets - Ability to quickly understand complex problems and package custom solutions for customers - Self-Starter executive, capable of taking a sales conversation from start to finish line - Ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication for international sales Our culture is founded on ensuring openness, extreme ownership, full responsibility and unfiltered honesty.
