ION Energy is seeking an ambitious and talented Channel &amp; Partner Sales Manager to drive new revenue through a multi-channel approach. This role is responsible for working with existing channel partners, identifying new channel relationships and proactively working with the direct sales team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience generating new enterprise business through the channel as well as growing the channel itself. You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives by building and managing a strong and aggressive channel partner network. You will drive the prospects through the sales funnel and be fully responsible for lead conversion. What you will do: - Maximize sales through existing channel relationships and develop programs for growing/nurturing channel partners. - Formulate, execute and review strategic plans with Channel partners - Build a go-to-market strategy with the channel partners to ensure the quota/target achievement - Educate and train partners to effectively represent, position and sell ION Energy's solutions - Regularly update, track and measure the progress of the Channel partners on the CRM - Weekly cadence calls with partners on pipeline management to make sure there is progress on every opportunity - Attend / Co-host industry events, such as user groups and conferences, to meet partners and partners- customers - Conduct research on competitors, market and industry trends - Leverage internal and external resources to effectively position ION Energy as the thought leader for battery management &amp; intelligence - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports on the performance of the Channel Partners This is you: - MBA degree in economics, marketing, operations, strategy, etc. from a leading university (Preferred) - Knowledge of Automotive Electronics, Lithium-Ion Batteries, Battery Management Systems (Preferred) - 2+ years in a channel sales role, ideally in a technology or energy company - Proven (relevant) sales experience in a related tech industry - Proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships - Demonstrated knowledge of a process for managing a large territory, including demand generation, partner development, forecasting, quota attainment - Strong negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets - Self-Starter executive, capable of taking a sales conversation from start to finish line - Ability to prioritize multiple customers, projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Our culture is founded on ensuring openness, extreme ownership, full responsibility and unfiltered honesty.
