We have footprints in 4 major states of the Eastern region of India serving 25000+ customers. Our expanding company is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our growing league. You will be deployed at the extended branch of the company managing the whole of the operations and leading the team. The Operations function of the organization is responsible for order fulfillment, logistics and customer experience. The Operations Manager has the end-to-end responsibility for delivering on all these aspects as per the internal norms of the company. JOB RESPONSIBILITY: - Ensure smooth operations aligned with our quality standards & optimum utilization of resources - Proper implementation and execution of workflows and SOPs provided by the senior management - Strategize and Execute central initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations - Design the policies and procedures with the help of HOD and implement them - Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner - Setting and reviewing budgets and managing operations cost - Develop, mentor and motivate the team spread across locations to achieve higher goals. - Hiring the correct manpower on time REQUIREMENTS: - MAN manager with great coordination skills - Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges - Thorough understanding of supply chain function - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success - Strategic and long term thinking. - Extraordinary Change Management skills: Processes, Policies, Training &amp; Systems - Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written EXPERIENCE: - 5+ years of experience in supply chain management - FMCG industry must, e-commerce preferred QUALIFICATIONS - Graduate &amp; above with strong academic performance - MBA in supply chain management preferred What do we have? - Ocean of opportunities for growth - Cool working environment - On performance appraisal - Regular awards &amp; recognition - Supportive and friendly seniors and colleagues .......all other benefits of working in a revolutionary start-up
