Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Implementation of SCM processes 2.Driving improvements &amp; kaizen projects 3.Inventory planning &amp; forecasting 4. Creation &amp; adherence of Operations SOP 5. Capacity planning 6. Identifying operational bottlenecks &amp; providing solutions 7. Responsible for ensuring reporting adherence of SCM functions &nbsp;Education and Work Experience Requirements: 1.Any Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in procurement, supply chain management or other related area or equivalent experience. Master's degree in SCM is preferred. 2.A minimum of 5 years in supply chain management. 3.Should have minimum 3 years of experience in any e-commerce company. &nbsp;Personality Trait and Skill Requirements: 1.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills 2.Excellent communicator &amp; a team player with a problem-solving attitude 3.Analytical and critical thinking with strong contextual skills and adaptability skills 4.Self driven &amp; motivated 5.Willing to work in a fast paced environment
