Inyt Technologies - Head - Marketing

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the brand health of the organization and take ownership of the company. The incumbent will work closely with the management & provide strategic direction, oversight and resource management to define and enhance our brand identity and position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Designing and reviewing the Marketing departments budget

2. Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team

3. Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies

4. Work closely with the sales department to align sales and marketing strategies

5. Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and devise counter-strategies

6. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the management

7. Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads

8. Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels

9. Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

1. MBA specialization in Marketing from a renowned collage.

2. Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and Google AdWords

3. Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

4. Strong branding and reputation management skills

5. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

6. Strong analytical and project management skills

7. Strategic mindset, with the ability of making difficult decisions

8 Strong leadership, team handling and organizational skills

9. Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict, resolution skills

10. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively

Salary / Remuneration Package: Approx. 25 lacs 30 lacs per annum commensurate with the above mentioned traits and experience.
