Sabse Sasta Dukaan, a leading e-pharmacy of India dealing in medicines, OTCs, and other healthcare products. We have footprints in 4 major states of the Eastern region of India serving 15000+ customers. We are seeking Product Manager in Sabse Sasta Dukaan for to define and evolve our platform from strategic planning, product road-map, product design and specification, overall product quality, and tactical execution. Job Responsibilities: - Monitor and keep abreast with industry trends and competitors to identify and respond to new opportunities based on market research, trends, customer feedback and requests, and market demand - Partner with team members to collaborate and extract meaningful insights and articulate product strategy, positioning, and decisions while eliciting commitment of resources - Advance product development methodology, policies, and governance frameworks to improve and enhance user experience, product and feature prioritization, release predictability, quality, and velocity - Oversee the product life-cycle from ideation to implementation to ensure seamless transition into releases and grow our product with aggressive deadlines - Establish processes to improve quality and speed of product delivery such as comprehensive requirement gathering, proper documentation, impact analysis, usability testing, test cases review etc Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field - Overall 3+ years of experience with minimum 2 years in a Product Management role, preferably in E-Commerce (Prior experience in Software Engineering is a must) - An attitude to get things done and willingness to work in a high-paced environment is mandatory - Previously managed high traffic E-Commerce sites - Agile and innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing environment. - Passionate about technology &amp; web products - Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills - Prior experience working with SaaS products is a big plus - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills - 3+ years of experience working with web and mobile app-based companies. - Experience with web analytics software such as Google analytics, Clevertap. - Familiarity with A/B testing or multivariate testing. - Knowledge and experience in conversion optimization, digital marketing, UX design, and/or consumer psychology and research is a huge plus.
