We are seeking AVP-Operations to ensure that our supply chain operations are well-coordinated and error-free with the best proficiency. The incumbent will work closely with the management &amp; will become a significant part of the expansion and sustainable growth. Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan, strategize, design and implement the overall supply chain operations of the company in accordance with the mission of the organization 2. Optimizing the processes and systems to make them ready for scaling up and expansion in PAN India 3. Drafting the strategies and policies of the department and get them implemented with utter smoothness 4. Ensuring the operations are backed up by proper workflow and SOPs and training modules 5. Automated and error-free systems are to be introduced including optimization of current processes 6. Hiring the correct resources at the right time for the right position 7. Manage the regular and annual budgeting process and P&amp;L responsibilities 8. Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions 9. Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality, and functionality against service level expectations 10. Ability to manage, coach and mentor large teams of senior managers-blue collar workers Requirements: 1.Thorough knowledge of multiple product areas, strong execution of supply chain management. 2.Deep understanding of the effect of supply chain function on P&amp;L 3.Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a high pressured environment 4.The logical approach to problem-solving and ability to prioritize multiple tasks 5.Strong attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to notice minor lacuna 6.Appreciates the cost impact of actions and is commercial in decision making EXPERIENCE: 1.10+ years of exclusive experience in supply chain management 2.Great team handling and team managing experience QUALIFICATIONS: 1.MBA in Supply chain management or other related field is preferred 2.SALARY: 19.50-24.00 LPA( with lucrative incentive plans) LOCATION: Kolkata
