Invoice to Cash Leader - Manufacturing

This role leads the Invoice to Cash Enterprise Standard for Global Operations for the India region across 20 businesses, providing leadership and guidance to a large team of staff and from the partners providing services to this function.

Strategic :

- Review and drive Collection strategy by business in line with targets, align with Business leaders and CFOs

- Lead Implementation of Invoice to Cash end state Delivery Model

- Provide leadership insights on execution of documentation CoE .

- Partner with Businesses and lead strategic initiatives like Statutory Forms & Collection CoE, Credit Policy, Collection model & Metrics

- Align the businesses to Global enterprise standards

- Drive simplification and improvements in downstream Invoice to Cash process and influence changes in upstream processes.

- Work to share and implement best practices across the regions. Provide insights on O2C Strategy.

- Attract, retain, develop and drive people development programs for staff in this function

Operational :

- Drive Operating mechanism with business on Collections, Dispute resolution, Aged AR Collections and overall DSO performance

- Evaluate quarterly performance and targets linked to the business needs and targets, actuals vs performance, root cause analysis for target misses.

- Drive Customer Account reconciliation, timely cash application, AR reserves, C forms, EMD Collection, TDS Receivable reconciliation and collection of TDS certificates

- Work closely with the PMO on various structural projects leading to improvements in the Invoice to Cash process

- Support Internal and CAS Audits and drive closure actions

- CA / MBA with 17-20 years of experience

- Strong knowledge of AR / collection process.

- Knowledge of local banking/funding process

- Excellent leadership and coaching skills

- Good people leadership, Interpersonal & Communication Skills

- Proficiency in computers like MS Office, etc.

- Energetic, self-starter, motivated

- Prior experience in managing large teams would be an added advantage
