We are looking for Sr. Manager / Associate Vice President / Assistant Vice President - Corporate Sales for the B2B Debt Collection and Debt Purchase Business. The candidate must have relationship network with the corporate and channel in the region especially in the SME segment.

There is an exclusive performance package for this role, it's a sharing of revenue generated from the established corporates without any limit. We expect that SM / AVP shall have potential to earn minimum of INR 50 Lacs per annum with no upper cap.

Only those who are willing to work on above terms must apply :

- Building corporate and channel relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts (a good networking capability is a pre-requisite)

- Prospecting for new business by using the client relationships and channels.

- Handled accounts of SME and have relationships at promoter level.

- Acquiring new corporate clients for Debt Collection and Debt Purchase Business

- Develop Strong Relationships with the Corporates specially with the Promoters / KMPs.

- Prepare business presentations, proposals and showcase company capabilities to prospective clients

- To Build new key accounts and maintain long term relationships.

- Tighten up existing relationships with corporate and conglomerate across various industries

- Negotiations and agreement signups

Age Bracket : 25-35 years

- 4+ years of experience in corporate business development

- Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills

- Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)

- Self directed work style with minimum direction

- Ability to work under pressure
