JOB DESCRIPTION

- Total management of office infrastructure

- Develop competitive analysis to determine opportunities within market place.

- Responsible for revenue generation by addition & retention of customers through the sales team.

- Responsible for developing strategies and executing them in order to establish visibility, reliability, reputation and profitability.

- Should be able to build a team of professionals and business processes.

- Should be well versed with all documentation, procedures related to the industry and also should have good man management skills.

- Showcasing & marketing offers/properties of Patna with full enthusiasm promote properties in all key markets of West where company has branches to above client base.

- Assisting the existing team in Patna in their sales efforts which will involve relationship building with new and credible prospects, site visits, client presentations etc.

- Assisting senior management in positioning and maintaining the company as NO-1 for all future years and hence needs sincere and hard efforts.

- Payment of Utility bills, Rent, Water bills, Maintenance Charges. (Payment will be released from HO)

- Responsible for Vendor management for housekeeping, Stationary, facility management etc.

- Responsible for resolving internal team conflicts / issues that may arise from time to time.
