Generating leads of prospective clients
- Lead conversions from leads shared by company
- Advising clients on investment in Real Estate and providing end to end solutions for acquiring a property.
- Primarily responsible for initiating first level contact with existing and prospective customers.
- Execute call & email campaigns around upgrades, new product launch & legal compliance initiatives.
- Build pipeline of all opportunities through Leads and Campaigns. Update on a weekly basis.
- Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested.
- Sound understanding of the sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
- Product introduction of new releases.
- A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated by individual and team achievement. Highly organized with ability to work in fast paced environment.
Desired Profile:
- Pref candidate with MBA degree with minimum 8-12 yrs exp into direct sales, B2B sales, handling HNI/Ultra HNI clients
- Can develop and manage team
- Self Starter, aggressive, excellent communication skills
