Job Opening for a leading International Property Consultant:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Functional:

- Revenue generation on investment sales for the location.

- Client segment: HNW client segment upwards of surplus of Rs 5 crs.

- Product : robust transaction supply by working in close coordinating with all internal businesses for the location

- Set up distribution capabilities in the private wealth market

- Works with capital market team to solicit the investment sales akin transactions

Strategic:

- Investment sales capabilities

- Know-how of real estate sector

- Operational understanding of the sector

- Understanding of HHW Buying preferences

- Product positioning capabilities vis a vis other financial assets
