Job Description:
KRA's:
- Prepare and disseminate all Investor related collaterals viz. Annual Report preparation, Investor presentation, press release etc.
- Arrange and coordinate earning concalls, prepare FAQs & responses in discussion with top management
- Prepare all IR department related MIS / news alerts
- Conduct industry research
- Prepare project reports supported by financial models and projections
- Prepare internal newsletters with the support of internal teams and designers
- Prepare ESG reports, conduct meetings and track performances
- Prepare detailed project reports (DPR) for new / existing projects for government agencies / banks etc.
Required Skillset :
- MBA Finance / CFA / M.Com
- Research and analytical abilities
- Should be well-versed in preparing financial models in excel sheet - Pivot sheets etc.
- Should be well-versed with investor relations activities viz. Preparing investor presentation, press release, management speeches, annual report work etc.
- Good experience in preparing presentations, with an eye of detail with formatting and styles
- Good communicator in both written and oral, should be able to articulate/explain the research findings/business models
