Role Summary:

- The job offers significant opportunity to get a bird's eye view of banking, its stakeholders and related regulatory and strategic issues.

- Key stakeholders are Brokers, Investors and the Management team of the Bank.

- Direct responsibility for assisting in stakeholder communication through business analytics.

- Involvement in strategic business issues, M&A and high value projects from time to time.

- The role requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Job Role and Responsibilities

- Investor Relations including but not limited to maintaining the quarterly financial model, investor presentation due diligence, broker performance scoring, consensus estimates, target investor analysis, key shareholder MIS, investor perception study and review of ongoing analyst reports on sector and Bank.

- Competition Scan including but not limited to peer bank financials, strategy updates, comparative analysis on key vectors including DuPont analysis.

- Quarterly analysis pack of competitors.

- Assistance with strategic projects whether organic, inorganic or high value / high impact internal project management related.

Job Requirements & Specifications:

- Internal connectivity with senior management, CFO team and MIS heads of business teams.

- External connectivity with equity analysts, investors, brokers - both sell side and buy side

- Understanding the regulatory landscape of banking
